TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPYING, DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATION

MSBT uses various softwares, including but not limited to Content Management Systems (CMS), CMS Components, CMS Modules, CMS Plugins, and other similar software, for the websites she has developed that derives from copyrighted works licensed under the GNU General Public License and have been modified pursuant to the GNU General Public License, which has their own terms and conditions for copying, distribution and modification of their software.

MSBT follows and respects their licenses with the use of their software. You may read their licenses included in their original software packages.

MSBT has opted to "change the software or use pieces of it in new free programs" as is part of anyone's right under the GNU General Public License. She has also followed their terms and conditions for documentation of the modifications to the software she has made.

However, MSBT has opted to exercise her right NOT TO DISTRIBUTE OR ALLOW COPYING of her modifications to the program, and other such modifications to the software that she has made to the original software packages, to anyone or any entity from any part of the world, except for the exclusive use of her company HoPeS Up Integrated Services Inc.

She does not restrict anyone from copying, distributing, and modifying the original form of the softwares she used on any of the websites she has developed. The original software packages that she used on any of the websites she has developed may or may not be free software. However, the modified versions of the original software packages ARE NOT FREE SOFTWARE AND IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR COPYING OR DISTRIBUTION.

The code in the modified files in these software packages that have been edited by MSBT on various dates has been documented to contain any of the following types of comments in the code:
- The code below/above is edited/added/commented out by MSBT on <date edited/added>
- This file has been edited/added by MSBT on <date edited/added>
- This package has been edited/revised/added by MSBT on <date edited/added>
or
- The code below/above is edited/added/commented out by MSB on <date edited/added>
- This file has been edited/added by MSB on <date edited/added>
- This package has been edited/revised/added by MSB on <date edited/added>

Portions of the code with any of the comments indicated above are to be considered
licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License.
Since the indicated portions of the modified original code are not open for copying or distribution to others and are to be used only for websites developed by MSBT for the exclusive use of HoPeS Up Integrated Services Inc., then the said indicated portions of code are not covered by the GNU General Public License used in the original package of this version of this software.

Copying and distribution of this package of this or any version of this software with the inclusion of the aforementioned modified portions of code by MSBT are punishable by law.
