period, the member may request through email for the lifting of the
suspension.

the event that the same has not been rectified within the twenty
(20)-day period, the member's account and/or member's membership will
be terminated permanently.
The
parent/legitimate guardian of member who is a minor, who had violated
the terms and conditions of this agreement will be copy furnished of
the notice of the violation through email. We encourage the
parent/legitimate guardian to assist in the explanation and
correction of the violation committed by the minor.

arbitrated, litigated or resolved in an amicable settlement. In

venue of all action shall and exclusively be in the proper courts
located in or having jurisdiction over the location of the main

exclusion of all other court’s venue and jurisdiction.

English language only, which language shall be controlling in all
